Guidelines for Submission of final reports

To enable the Final Reports to be submitted correctly and possess a common structure, please use the criteria specified below:

• The Final Report should be 10-15 sides of A4 and should be submitted to CEBE electronically for mounting on the Web either in Word 97 or rtf file formats.
• All images for inclusion within the Final Report should be sent as separate files with the point of insertion clearly marked in the text. Please send images as JPEG files, saved at a resolution of 72dpi.
• The Final Report should include the following short headings mentioned in the SIG plan as follows:
  1. Introduction: A brief background and rationale for the SIG
  2. Key SIG Findings
  3. SIG Summary: Short summary paragraph of events
  4. SIG Activities: Fuller description of activities and participants
  5. SIG Outcomes: Short description of any results or outcomes from the SIG
  6. Educational Policy Recommendations (including recommendations for any future work): Useful lessons or advice for others planning similar activities
  7. How to get further information: Contact point for further information
