Why Chose this Teaching Material?

Provides students with the opportunity to practice what they are taught in lectures on construction project management.

Description:

The aims of this teaching material are to simulate decision-making in the context of a project under extreme pressures of schedule and budget. The material takes the form of a role-play, drawing on a detailed case study of the construction of the Sheffield Arena for the World Student Games.
